Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon payment receipt. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days. Custom-made items and international orders are non-returnable.

Handmade Products Notice
All our products are handcrafted by Ukrainian artisans. Due to the handmade nature, slight variations in color, texture, and size are normal and reflect the authentic craftsmanship of each piece. These variations are not defects.
