Exchanges and returns are available within 14 days from the date you receive your order until we receive the returned item. You can return or exchange items that have not been used and don't fit in size, color, or style. Shipping costs for exchanges/returns are paid by the buyer. Important: Returns are NOT possible for custom-made items produced to your specifications, size, or individual requests. After receiving and inspecting the item, we process refunds within 1-3 business days.
